Services
TUV India Pvt. Ltd., is a part of TUV NORD Group of Germany.
In the last 10-15 years we have been at the forefront of
providing high quality inspection services in a cost effective
manner to major Indian clients like lOC, RIL, L&T, Godrej
and many other buyers and manufacturers especially in the
field of pressure vessels/
boilers.
In the last year we completed
few major export orders under PED 97/23/EC. We also continue to
work on the huge coal gasifiers for export to
China. We always seek to add value to our
services to customers in this field by adding additional services.
In this connection, we are pleased to
inform you, that we are now providing ASME Authorized
Inspection Agency services locally in India with the
same focus on service, through our joint venture company
ONE/TUV/BV Technische Inspections
GmbH based in Essen, Germany with a worldwide
network of Authorized Inspectors
(AI)
.
American Society of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel
Code
is the most widely used in over 113
countries.
Certificates of Authorization issued by
the ASME to use ASME Code Stamps on pressure equipment provide
a substantial advantage in terms of quality and international
market access. The common stamps are U Stamp
for pressure vessels and S Stamp
for boilers as shown here.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance in Preparation/
training for ASME Code Stamp application.
- Assistance in the preparation
of Quality control Manual and establishment of Quality
Control System.
- Taking part in the Joint Review by
ASME led by the ASME designee (Team Leader)
- Authorized inspection of pressure vessels/ components to
be stamped with the ASME / National Board stamps. (June
2007)
